Thesis Prize to Nilin Abrahamsen
Danish Mathematical Society's thesis prize of 15,000 DKK will be presented Friday, June 10, to Nilin Abrahamsen at an event on HCØ.
The assessment committee from DMF judged the thesis to be the best mathematics thesis submitted in 2015.

Here he and his thesis supervisor, professor Jan Philip Solovej, holds a lecture on the thesis and its subject matter: "Widoms's conjecture for Flat Symbols and Scaling of Entanglement Entropy".
After the formal event DMF will host an informal reception. This part of the event is expected to start around 16:15 and end around 17:30.
