Jonathan Clivio, PhD student
Jonathan Clivio started on 1 September 2023 as a PhD student in the section for Algebra & Geometry, working with the Copenhagen Centre for Geometry and Topology.
Jonathan comes from Switzerland, where he obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree at ETH in Zurich. In his studies, he developed an interest especially in Algebraic Topology. In this subject, he wrote his Master's thesis about connections between the Lie graph complex and the commutative graph complex.
These and other graph complexes will be the focus of his research. In his project supervised by Nathalie Wahl, he will study graph complexes that arise in String Topology. The goal of his research is to further understand, calculate and classify these complexes.
