Celebrating Women in Math 2026
The department invites all students and staff to participate in our yearly event to celebrate women in mathematics. In this year's edition, taking place on May 18, the focus is on women at the early stages of their research careers.
Program:
| 16.30 – 17.30 | Presentations by local PhD students/postdocs: Priya Kaveri (AG), Emma Zambolin (SPT), Anne Inge Maria van Grinsven (QA), Cecilie Olesen Recke (AG, SPT) |
| 17.30 – 17.45 | Discussion about the choice of becoming a PhD student and of being a female PhD student in pure or applied mathematics (and at a math department) |
| 18.00 | Pizza, drinks and socializing |
