Title: Normed equivariant ring spectra and higher Tambara functors

Abstract: I will discuss an extension of equivariant infinite loop space theory that takes into account multiplicative norms: For every finite group G, the equivalence between connective G-spectra and space-valued Mackey functors admits a multiplicative refinement, and this leads to a description of connective normed G-ring spectra as space-valued Tambara functors.
