Title: Arveson's extension theorem and G-injective envelopes

Abstract: We give part of the proof of Arveson's extension theorem, and provide a short proof of the existence of G-injective envelopes for operator systems based on a note by Sinclair. We will explain why  theG-injective envelope is the non-commutative generalization of the Furstenberg boundary of a discrete group G.
