Title: Bucolic complexes
Abstract: CAT(0) cubical and systolic complexes are among the most important and widely studied spaces in modern geometric group theory. In 2013, Brešar, Chalopin, Chepoi, Gologranc, and Osajda developed a common generalization of these two types of complexes, called bucolic complexes. In this talk, I will give the definitions and state some basic facts about bucolic complexes. Moreover, I will present several open problems related to these complexes and discuss how they connect to the existing theory of CAT(0) cubical and systolic complexes.
