Title: Motivic tambara functors

Abstract: I will explain some results and open questions about additive and multiplicative motivic infinite loop space theory. Specifically, I will explain the following "0-truncated shadow" of a sought-after theory: if k is a field of characteristic 0, then the category of very effective, 0-truncated normed motivic spectra (terms to be explained in the talk, of course) is equivalent to the category of motivic tambara functors, i.e. certain presheaves (of sets) on smooth k-varieties, together with suitably compatible norms and transfers along finite etale morphisms.
