Title: On the cofreeness of Lubin-Tate theory

Abstract: I'll give an exposition of some aspects of the theory of T-algebras introduced by Rezk (i.e., algebras with power operations for Morava E-theory). In particular, I'll explain how some observations about "perfectness" can slightly simplify the proof of the cofreeness of certain T-algebras, a result that plays an important role in the chromatic Nullstellensatz of Burklund-Schlank-Yuan.
