Chi Ho Yuen, postdoc

Chi Ho will be affiliated with the Copenhagen Centre for Geometry and Topology, working with Karim Adiprasito.

Chi Ho Yuen

Chi Ho is interested in the interaction between (oriented) matroids, tropical geometry and (real) algebraic geometry; he also studies other geometric aspects of oriented matroids and their applications in combinatorics.

He obtained his PhD from Georgia Institute of Technology (USA), advised by Prof. Matthew Baker.

Chi Ho received his BSc in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Most recently, he has held postdoc positions at the University of Bern (Switzerland), Brown University (USA), and the University of Oslo (Norway).
