Submission of thesis information

Please submit thesis information before handing in your thesis. The first part is mandatory and regards information on your thesis used for announcing your defense. The second part is optional and is an evaluation on the thesis process.

Your evaluation is an important contribution to the continuous quality control of the supervision of theses at MATH. We strongly encourage you to fill out that part of the form.

All evaluations will be anonymized and read by the Teaching Committee at MATH and will not be shown to your supervisor.
