Title: colored configuration spaces on surfaces and a cohomology theory of graphs

Abstract: We consider configuration spaces of points on a surface. Each point has a color, and points may or may not coincide according to certain rules. These rules are coded as an (undirected) graph, whose vertices are the colors used. The fundamental group of the configuration space corresponding to a certain graph will discussed, and related to a new cohomology theory defined on graphs. There will also be a short discussion of relations to other proposed cohomology theories of graphs.
