Johannes Borregaard, postdoc at QMATH
Johannes joined the department on 1 April 2017 as a postdoc in the group of Matthias Christandl and the Villum Centre for Excellence in the Mathematics of Quantum Theory (QMATH).
Johannes finished his PhD studies in theoretical physics at the Niels Bohr Institute in February 2015 under the supervision of Prof. Anders S. Sørensen. He then joined the group of Prof. Mikhail D. Lukin as a postdoc for two years at the Department of Physics, Harvard University.
Johannes' research interests are within quantum information and quantum optics. In particular, he is very interested in practical applications of quantum networks.
