Where and when and how

There will be 10 days of lectures; these are split into five two-day sessions. All sessions take place at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) at Frederiksberg.

The schedule is

Thu-Fri February 25-26, 2010 (BAJ).
Thu-Fri March 11-12, 2010 (BAJ)
Thu-Fri March 25-26, 2010 (RP)
Thu-Fri April 15-16, 2010 (RP)
Wed-Thu May 5-6, 2010 (FEB)

Course evaluation will be based on mandatory hand-in exercises.
