I am an associate professor at the Faculty of Science, at the University of the Faroe Islands. I got my PhD-degree at the Department of Mathematical Sciences of the Faculty of Science at the University of Copenhagen. The public defence of the PhD-thesis took place in Copenhagen on the 15th of August, 2008.
