From the airport go to the Central Station. There is a fast train connection, see the directions here. Most hotels are in walking distance from the Central Station. To Bertrams Hotel the walk is a bit long and you might want to take a bus, e.g. no. 6A in the direction Rødovrehallen.

From Bertrams Hotel, CAB-INN City, Mermaid Hotel and Palace Hotel the easiest way to reach the H.C. Ørsted Institute is by bus no. 6A in the direction Emdrup Torv.

From Bertrams hotel take bus no. 6A in Vesterbrogade, which is the street where the hotel is located. Ask for directions to the nearest bus-stop in the hotel.

From CAB-INN City walk to Vesterbrogade (see the map at the hotel link) and take the Bus no. 6A from there.

From Mermaid Hotel and Palace Hotel take bus no. 6A from the bus terminal in the square in from of the City Hall (Rådhuspladsen).

Buy a ticket for two zones in the bus, or buy a blue card valid for 10 trips before you enter the bus. The blue card is stamped in a machine as you enter the bus. It can be bought at railway stations (it is also valid for local trains), at some newsagents and even in some supermarkets. More than one person can use the same blue card if it is stamped a suitable number of times when you enter the bus.

You should get off the bus at the corner of Tagensvej and Nørre Alle. Walk a few hundred meters to the north on Nørre Alle until you reach the H.C. Ørsted Institute. You might like to consult the map at the bottom of this page. In this map the H.C.Ørsted Institute is indicated by the number 7.
