cancelled, I lectured on 4.2-4.6, with the main emphasis
on 4.2, 4.4 and 4.5. Please read yourself 4.3 (harmonic functions) and 4.6 (polynomials).
Thursday: I will do 5.1-5.5. I lost completely my voice and was replaced by Mogens Esrom Larsen
