Payment for the 5th International Conference and the Summerschool

Sandbjerg August 9-12, Copenhagen, August 13-17, 2007

Invited speakers do not pay.

Registered participants of the summerschool need to pay until 20 May. Those who have registered for the summerschool but have been informed that they are on a waiting list need to wait until they receive information that there is free capacity at the conference center in Sandbjerg.

Payments are possible by interbank transfer or by credit card.

Send an e-mail to jh@conventum.dk or a fax to (+45)33252283 with the following information

1. Write "Levy"

2. Kind of the card (Master, Visa, BUT NO American Express)

3. Credit card number

4. Name of owner of the card

5. Expiration date

6. Control number (3 digits) on the back side of the card

You have to pay all costs for the bank transfer yourself.

Payments have to be made in Danish kroner.

You must pay for the accumulated fees, not for each fee separately.

Do not forget to indicate "Levy".

Please pay the following amounts (unless agreed otherwise with the organizers).

3500 Danish kroner for the summerschool

950 Danish kroner registration fee for the conference

430 Danish kroner conference dinner

435 Danish kroner excursion

    • You will get receipts of your payments at your arrival at the conference site.

    The three payments for the conference will appear on the receipt only as their sum. Only those who pay the registration fee for the summerschool or the conference will be entitled to participate in these events.

    Deadlines for payments

    For summerschool: 20 May, 2007

    This deadline is important because there is a waiting list for participants due to capacity problems at the conference center.

    For conference: 30 June, 2007
