Christopher Perry, postdoc at GAMP
Newly employed
Chris will be joining the department as a postdoc from December 2015. He will be associated with the section for Geometric Analysis and Mathematical Physics.
His PhD in Physics was supervised by Jonathan Oppenheim at University College London. He worked on constructing information theoretic tasks that exhibit the power of quantum communication and on exploring the resource theory approach to thermodynamics at the nanoscale.
In Copenhagen, Chris will be joining Matthias Christandl’s group, working on quantum information theory in general and the role multipartite entanglement plays in communication tasks in particular.
